Assistant Head Coach / Defensive Backs

Will Gulley is the Assistant Head Coach for the Pioneers. Coach Gulley was born and raised in Newton, TX. He played football, basketball, and ran track for the Newton Eagles. Coach Gulley attended the University of Houston on a football scholarship and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2006. Coach Gulley is entering his 3rd year at Iowa Colony HS and 16th year of teaching and coaching. He spent his 7 years at Katy Morton Ranch HS and 6 years at Shadow Creek HS before joining Iowa Colony. Coach Gulley is married to Ashlee, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor. They have three children: Jaydah, Jasmyn, and Will Jr. Coach Gulley enjoys sports and spending time with his family and friends in his spare time.
